Teal Energi is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced
HR Generalist
who can serve as a hands-on HR resource while helping the company scale its workforce and strengthen its people processes.

What You'll Do:
- Manage recruiting activities across both hourly and professional positions, from sourcing through offer and hire.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build relationships and talent pipelines for key operational and field-based positions.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters.
- Help identify trends affecting employee retention and engagement and partner with leadership on practical solutions.
- Lead and continuously improve new-hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development initiatives, and other learning opportunities.
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and fact-finding as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting HRIS and reporting needs.
- Assist with benefits, payroll-related processes, and other general HR functions.
- Help ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable employment regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company's continued growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3\+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Strong background across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and employee development.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with employees at all levels.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience supporting an operational, industrial, or field-based workforce is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
