About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Brand Marketing Designer to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Brand Lead, you will be the visual engine behind the Saint Rocco's brand, translating creative strategies and campaigns into elevated, high-quality assets across a wide range of formats. From digital ad campaigns and email flows to physical retail signage, trade show booth graphics, and sales collateral, you will ensure our brand identity remains beautiful, cohesive, and impactful.
We operate as a small, scrappy startup team where no task is too small, timelines move fast, and everyone wears multiple hats. Because we are growing quickly, this role requires a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, you should be comfortable taking loose direction or evolving briefs and running with them to create something great.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Asset Creation:
Design compelling visual assets across digital channels (paid ads, social media, email newsletters, SMS, and website) and physical touchpoints (retail signage, trade show booths, and event marketing).
- B2B \& Sales Support:
Create polished sales sheets, retail pitch presentations, product one-pagers, and wholesale catalog materials that enable our sales team to win new retail partners.
- System \& Template Building:
Develop and maintain reusable design systems and editable Canva templates, ensuring internal teams can generate on-brand content quickly and independently.
- Print Production \& Pre-Press:
Prepare flawless, print-ready files for large-format event signage, point-of-purchase retail displays, packaging updates, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Stewardship:
Maintain meticulous consistency across all typography, hierarchy, color palettes, photography styles, and layout structures to keep the brand unmistakably Saint Rocco's.
What Your Background Looks Like
- 3\+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a CPG, food, beverage, pet, wellness, or retail lifestyle brand.
- An exceptional eye for typography, layout hierarchy, whitespace, and visual storytelling. You know how to make information look organized, premium, and digestible.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of print production processes, mechanical file setup, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), and working with external print vendors.
- A proactive, self-starting work style. You are highly adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguous projects, and move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
What You're Familiar With
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Advanced proficiency in building highly functional, editable Canva templates for team deployment.
- Familiarity with Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, packaging design, or light motion graphics/video editing is a strong plus.
- A proactive, self-starting work style. You enjoy high-volume asset production and you move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 Days: Immerse yourself in the brand guidelines, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and establish a seamless workflow with the Brand Lead and marketing team while taking over day-to-day execution for digital ads, social graphics, and sales sheets.
- First 90 Days: Build and launch a robust, organized library of editable Canva templates that empowers our internal teams to move faster while staying strictly on-brand.
- Beyond: Establish an elevated, unified visual benchmark for Saint Rocco's across the entire omni-channel landscape, ensuring our wholesale partners and DTC customers experience a premium brand presence.
