Key Responsibilities
- Utilize market insights to create a marketing and growth strategy that promotes long-term growth and brand equity for AviaGames' flagship product in the US market.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns (both online and offline) for our live and upcoming new games.
- Be creative, able to understand user needs and design truly engaging marketing campaigns. Capable of building a brand system from the ground up and producing brand assets, including key visual, ads, trailers, etc.
- Lead digital campaigns and manage social media and influencer strategies to ensure they resonate with the target audience, achieving desired engagement and conversion metrics.
- Continuously strive to find the right balance between existing traditional marketing channels and emerging media, content, and trends.
- Utilize data and analytics to track, review, and optimize activities.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 4\+ years in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the gaming or entertainment industries.
- Experience in mobile and digital entertainment audience growth strategies in a global or regional role, with proven success in competitive markets.
- A strategic mindset to develop a marketing vision, coupled with excellence in execution to bring ideas to life. Willingness to get hands dirty, along with a solid analytical eye and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram. Familiarity with current trending online topics.
- Great understanding of gamers and gaming experience. Familiarity with casual games and a passion for playing games.
- Must be able to travel to the U.S./China multiple times a year.
- Ability to work effectively in both Chinese and English.
