About The Role

What if your AI engineering expertise could redefine how an airline thinks, plans, and delivers at scale?

We’re building something bold and we’re looking for you to take the helm of our AI engineering capability.

You’ll play a pivotal role in both leading a high-performing team and getting hands-on with cutting-edge AI systems. Additionally, you'll design, build, deploy and operate advanced AI systems and agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step execution.

Importantly, you'll develop Agentic AI solutions using modern orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen and CrewAIDrive best-in-class DevOps and ML Ops practices (CI/CD, observability, model lifecycle management) to ensure robust, production-ready AI solutions.

As a strategic leader, you'll lead, mentor and grow a team of AI Engineers by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous learning. Set the technical vision, engineering standards and delivery frameworks to ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions.

Collaboration at its core, you'll partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security and Data teams to align with enterprise priorities and translate business challenges into clear AI use cases, delivery roadmaps and scalable solutions.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.

You’ll have deep hands-on expertise building Agentic AI systems and intelligent agents.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have deep understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks, Fine-tuning and prompt engineering, RAG pipelines and embeddings, and scalable AI architecture.
