Aestema Group is looking for an experienced

Learning \& Development Manager

to lead our learning strategy, build organizational capability, and strengthen our company culture through impactful learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and implement the annual learning and development roadmap.

✔ Lead internal and external training programs, learning effectiveness, and ROI evaluation.

✔ Establish and manage the

Aestema Excellence Center

to develop medical sales capabilities.

✔ Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product, clinical, and GDP training programs.

✔ Drive internal communications, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.

✔ Ensure compliance with DSD requirements, training documentation, and regulatory standards.

✔ Lead the L\&D team and manage the annual training budget.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Education, or a related field.

✔ 6\+ years of experience in Learning \& Development with people management experience.

✔ Strong experience in training design, facilitation, and learning program management.

✔ Experience developing a Corporate Academy or Excellence Center is a plus.

✔ Knowledge of DSD reporting, GDP training, and Skill Development Promotion Act is an advantage.

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
