ABOUT US

We are a child-focused online teletherapy platform dedicated to empowering kids with communication challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care, delivered under the guidance of our in-house paediatrician team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct 1:1 online speech therapy sessions for children (ages 2–16) via our secure telehealth platform

Work closely under the guidance and supervision of our paediatrician to align therapy goals with the child's overall medical and developmental plan

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualised therapy plans for conditions like language delay, autism, stuttering, and articulation disorders

Communicate fluently with families in both English and Hindi — conducting sessions, parent counselling, and progress reporting in either language as needed

Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular updates and home-practice guidance

Maintain accurate session documentation and therapy records

Participate in multidisciplinary team reviews with the paediatrician and other specialists

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / MASLP)

RCI registrated — fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply

Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory — both spoken and written

Willingness to work full-time (no part-time arrangements available)

Genuine passion for paediatric therapy and child development

Comfortable with video-based sessions and basic digital tools

Knowledge of additional regional languages is a bonus
