Context
We are continuously looking for experienced
IT Project Managers
to support strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across various industries.
As IT Project Manager, you will contribute to business-critical programs such as:
- IT and digital transformation programs
- System implementations, integrations, or migrations
- ERP or enterprise solution deployments
- Infrastructure, cloud, or security-related projects
You will operate in complex environments with strong interaction between
Business and IT
or technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Mission Objective
To lead and deliver
IT projects from initiation to closure
, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
The IT Project Manager will coordinate technical and functional teams, manage risks, ensure stakeholder alignment, and guarantee successful delivery using appropriate methodologies and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
IT Project Management \& Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and technical deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed
IT project plans
, including dependencies, environments, and releases
- Manage timelines, resources, budget, and risks across
technical workstreams
- Coordinate
IT teams
(development, infrastructure, architecture, security, testing)
- Ensure availability of required
IT environments
(hardware, software, cloud, tools)
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of
robust, scalable, and secure solutions
- Lead steering committees and technical decision-making forums to stakeholders
Methodology \& Process
- Apply
Agile methodologies
(Scrum, SAFe) for IT delivery when appropriate
- Manage projects using
Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
depending on technical constraints
- Conduct
AS-IS / TO-BE analysis
with a focus on system architecture and IT processes
- Ensure alignment with
IT governance, security, and compliance standards
(e.g. GDPR, ISO, internal policies)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT delivery practices and governance
Tools \& Systems
Work with project management and collaboration tools such as:
- Jira
- Microsoft Project
- Confluence
- SharePoint
- MS Teams
- Smartsheet
Experience with the following is a strong asset:
- ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- IT service management tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Stakeholder Management \& Coordination
- Act as a key interface between
Business, IT, and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into
technical deliverables and priorities
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (vendors, integrators, IT teams)
- Manage
IT-related risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Support
change management and user adoption
for new systems and tools
Profile
Experience \& Skills
- Proven experience as an
IT Project Manager (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in
IT delivery environments
(development, infrastructure, ERP, cloud, or security)
- Strong understanding of
IT architecture, system integration, and software delivery lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of
project governance, risk management, and IT compliance
- Experience managing
cross-functional and technical teams
- Familiarity with
Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Experience with
ERP or enterprise systems
is a strong asset
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or IT-related certifications are a plus
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Languages
- Mandatory Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
- Trilingual is a strong asset.
