Manufacturing Operations Manager

to lead production operations and drive operational excellence.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience in:

✅ Manufacturing Operations Management

✅ Lean Manufacturing \& Continuous Improvement

✅ OEE \& Productivity Improvement

✅ Production Planning \& Scheduling

✅ Root Cause Analysis

✅ Team Leadership \& Development

✅ Automotive Manufacturing Environment

✅ Cost Reduction \& Operational Efficiency

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

✔ 5\+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations

✔ Automotive industry experience (Tier 1 preferred)

✔ Advanced English proficiency

✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP Systems, and KPI management
