The Opportunity:

We are looking for an

AI-savvy English Content Writer

who has a passion for content marketing and a talent for cross-cultural communication. You will be part of a high-performing team, leveraging the latest technology to create content that resonates with both local and global audiences.

Job Description:

  • SEO Content Creation:

Create high-ranking, SEO-friendly website copy and blogs using the latest SEO principles and market trends.

  • AI-Assisted Workflows:

Utilise Generative AI tools to streamline research, brainstorm creative concepts, and draft initial content structures while maintaining a unique "human" brand voice.

  • Ad Copywriting:

Write punchy, high-conversion ad copy for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and SEM/PPC campaigns.

  • Bilingual Content Support:

Read, adapt, and translate concepts between English and Traditional Chinese to ensure brand consistency across multilingual campaigns.

  • Fact-Checking \& Humanising:

Rigorously edit and "humanise" AI-generated drafts to ensure factual accuracy, local cultural relevance, and a polished, professional finish.

  • Research \& Insight:

Research local and international markets, competitors, and trends to provide data-backed content strategies.

  • Quality Control:

Edit and proofread content to ensure flawless delivery for websites, press releases, and long-form articles.

What We Need:

  • Experience:

At least 1–2 years of experience in digital writing, creative writing, or blogging. Agency experience is a major plus.

  • Linguistic Skills:

Native or near-native fluency in

English

writing. Proficiency in reading and writing

Traditional Chinese (Cantonese)

is essential for localising content and internal communication.

  • AI Literacy:

Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a solid understanding of how to use them responsibly in a professional writing environment.

  • Digital Savvy:

A forward-thinking mindset regarding the evolution of search, including Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI-driven search trends.

  • Output Capacity:

Must be comfortable and efficient in producing long-form content (1,000–2,000 words) using a mix of manual writing and AI-assisted tools.

  • Soft Skills:

Energetic, resilient under tight deadlines, and a collaborative team player who loves to learn.
