Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth portfolio performance analysis, identifying key financial metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance investment outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced analytics platforms to develop and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Build and refine financial models to support strategic portfolio management, including scenario analysis to evaluate potential investment outcomes.
  • Track and assess value creation initiatives across the portfolio, collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Support fund-level analytics, including performance attribution and returns tracking, to inform capital structure considerations.
  • Provide analytical support for new investment opportunities, connecting portfolio insights to diligence and underwriting processes.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance roles.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong data visualization experience, particularly with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with fund structures and performance measurement concepts, such as IRR and MOIC.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in analyzing investments or portfolio performance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and build relationships with stakeholders.
