SCADA Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Automation Sales Engineer Role
- Manage Florida territory, identifying and developing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Drive sales of SCADA systems, related products, integration services, and solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project delivery, from technical quoting to client satisfaction.
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users, positioning the company as a trusted partner in SCADA system integration.
- Prepare and present proposals, handle project bids, and oversee the sales process from initiation through project handoff.
- Track sales performance, manage a pipeline, and provide regular updates to management on progress and new opportunities.
SCADA Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Automation Sales Engineer Requirements
- Proven experience in sales roles related to SCADA, automation, or integration systems.
- Strong technical background in SCADA systems and integration, with the ability to communicate technical details to clients.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and key decision-makers.
- Must be based in Florida or willing to relocate; travel within the state required.
