Entry Level Engineer

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Engineers to join our Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to regulated manufacturing environments while working alongside experienced engineering and operations teams. The selected candidates will support manufacturing operations, process improvements, equipment qualification, validation, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects in compliance with FDA and GMP requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Pharmaceutical Engineering
• 1–2 years of engineering experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Manufacturing industries.
• Basic knowledge of:
• FDA cGMP
• ISO 13485
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• Validation concepts (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP, TrackWise, or MES systems is advantageous.
