Head of Data \& AI

A privately owned £500m\+ European organisation is investing heavily in its Data \& AI capabilities. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will own the enterprise-wide Data \& AI strategy, lead a team of 10-15, and drive the adoption of AI, analytics, Azure, Fabric, and Databricks as part of the company's largest digital transformation program to date.

Key requirements:

• 5\+ years senior level experience in Data \& AI leadership
• Strong Azure experience (Databricks, Azure Fabric, modern data platforms)
• Proven ability to define and deliver end-to-end Data \& AI strategy and roadmap
• Experience leading teams of 10\+ data professionals
• Strong background in AI/ML, analytics, and scalable data platform delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into data/AI solutions
