Twin City Framers Inc. is hiring experienced wood framing carpenters who take pride in doing good, clean, accurate, and fast work! Currently we are offering a $250 sign on bonus for experienced wood framing carpenters. What you'll do:

• Frame Structural components: walls, floors, roofs, stairs and decks.
• Interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately.
• Lead or support material handleing and jobsite organization,
• Maintain high standards of quality, speed and safety.
• Work efficiently with a team of skilled carpenters.

What We're Looking for:

• 2\+years of wood framing experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong understanding of layout, structural framing, and safe tool operation
• Ability to work independently or lead less-experienced carpenters
• Reliable, professional, and committed to craftmanship
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
