Research Associate (Cell Culture)

Kelly Science is seeking a Research Associate for a growing company in Mansfield, MA.

Pay: $29/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Employment Type: Full Time; Contract to Hire

Job responsibilities include:

• Execute upstream operations, including media preparation, cell maintenance, and bioreactor (WAVE) setup, operation, and harvesting.
• Conduct laboratory analyses and interpret results following GMP SOPs and Quality Assurance guidelines.
• Evaluate product performance for endotoxin/glucan lines and author detailed research reports.
• Manage lab logistics, including equipment maintenance, standardization, inventory procurement, and data logging.
• Support flexible operations, including weekend cell maintenance and regular travel between East Falmouth and Mansfield facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cell biology, molecular biology, or a related scientific field.
• Previous hands-on experience with aseptic technique required. Previous experience with cell culturing preferred.
• Must be willing to support flexible operations, including occasional half day weekend cell maintenance and once a month travel to East Falmouth facility.
