Job Description

• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Lead month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.
• Oversee customer invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely posting of receipts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger.
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Manage weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Oversee the company s credit card program, including issuance, activation, and user compliance.
• Review and reconcile monthly credit card statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in GL accounting, with exposure to AR, AP, and credit card processes.
• Hands on experience with SAP.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP workflows
