A key part of this role is disciplined document control and meticulous punch list management — you'll be the person everyone trusts to keep the paper trail airtight and the finish work flawless. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality homes on time and on budget while upholding Shaw's reputation as a Denver Post Top Workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Study contract documents (plans, specs, Owner Contractor Agreement) and lead the on-site Shaw team's execution of the work
  • Review subcontractor scopes and coordinate with the Project Manager
  • Develop and manage the P6 CPM progress schedule
  • Establish and enforce the project safety \& security program
  • Coordinate and check the work of subcontractors, including surveyors
  • Own the Shaw 1-2-3 Quality Control program from prephase through close-out, including a master deficiency log and disciplined punch list tracking to final sign-off
  • Maintain rigorous document control — on-site copy of record for drawings, specs, submittals, and As-Builts, organized and tracked in Autodesk (Build/BIM 360)
  • Manage the submittal and RFI process with the PM/Project Engineer
  • Plan jobsite logistics: housekeeping, temporary heat/power/lighting, material storage and handling, vertical movement
  • Partner with the Shaw Self-Perform group on labor, equipment, budget, and material planning
  • Handle project documentation and reporting: daily reports, safety inspections, schedule updates, QA/QC, permits, inspections, and support through project close-out
  • Mentor Field Superintendents and Engineers on your team

Supervisor Responsibilities:
