The Opportunity
You’ll join as one of the founding Sales Development hires and help build the company’s outbound engine from the ground up. Working directly with founders, you’ll own pipeline generation, account strategy, and outbound experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Support Engineering) at B2B SaaS companies
- Research target accounts deeply, understand their tech stack, org structure, and pain points before crafting personalized outreach
- Run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book 10\+ qualified meetings per month on the founders' calendars
- Work warm and inbound leads from product-led signups, content, and conferences with fast, contextual follow-up
- Help shape the GTM strategy and outbound process from the ground up alongside the founding team
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in developer tools, infrastructure, API-layer products, or technical SaaS environments.
- Proven experience selling to technical buyers including engineers, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, or support teams.
- Comfortable operating without an established playbook and excited by startup ambiguity.
- Experience using modern outbound tooling such as Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation
: $70K - $80K (OTE: $90K - $110K) \+ Competitive Equity
Commission
: Uncapped with accelerators beyond quota
