About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on product leader to own discovery, roadmap, and delivery at Psynth. You will bring structure to our roadmap, establish lightweight processes, and partner closely with the CEO and Head of Engineering to scale from $80K MRR toward $1M–$10M ARR while staying disciplined and profitable-first.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer discovery with psychologists: run interviews, synthesize insights, and translate them into prioritized, testable hypotheses.
- Own product strategy and roadmap prioritization: sequence high-impact initiatives and make clear go/no-go decisions.
- Establish and run lightweight two-week sprint processes to improve delivery predictability without heavy ceremony.
- Design, launch, and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, gated rollouts) to drive retention and engagement improvements.
- Act as cross-functional integrator: align leadership, engineering, design, and GTM around priorities.
- Partner closely with the Head of Engineering on capacity planning, scope negotiation, and delivery realism.
- Initially operate as the solo product leader while building product practices across the team.
Requirements
- 5\+ years of product management experience with hands-on ownership of discovery, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery in fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to improve delivery predictability and reduce missed commitments in resource-constrained teams.
- Strong preference for healthcare/mental health or AI-powered workflow tools experience.
- Track record improving retention or engagement through customer-driven changes and experiments.
- Hands-on builder mentality with technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering.
- Excellent judgment under ambiguity and low-ego collaboration style.
- U.S. work authorization.
Nice to Have
- Former founder or early-stage product leadership experience.
- Background shipping AI features in regulated industries.
Location \& Compensation
- Tulsa preferred with strong in-person collaboration (relocation support available).
- Remote possible for exceptional candidates who can commit to regular on-site visits (typically 3-4 days per month). Remote candidates typically receive a $15k base adjustment unless approved otherwise.
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 \+ 1\.5–2\.5% equity.
