Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client is a leading global music publisher. They seek a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning \& Analysis, to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting purposes, including detailed revenue models and fully integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast submissions
• Support the month-end closing process in coordination with the accounting team
• Examine current and historical trends across revenue, cost of sales, overhead expenses, and investments
• Develop strategic and financial materials for submission to the corporate parent
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for forecasting and strategic planning
• Design and present business review materials to the CEO \& CFO
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards used across multiple teams within the company

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Public accounting audit or advisory experience preferred
• Open to industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical
• Strong Excel skills
• CPA highly preferred
