Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milan for a Business Analyst within our Strategy Consulting practice. The Business Analyst will have multiple responsibilities:

  • Break down complex problems using hypothesis-led thinking and rigorous analysis to generate insights that shape strategic decisions
  • Own discrete workstreams such as market assessment, financial modeling, scenario planning, or benchmarking to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Use data, tools, digital platforms and emerging capabilities such as generative AI to support analysis and decision making
  • Adapt and deliver by taking on varied responsibilities depending on the needs of each case, from research and analysis to implementation support
  • Acts as a role model and brand ambassador of the ACBC culture

Qualifications required

  • Previous work experience at Business Analyst level in strategy consulting firms, preferably in Fashion, Luxury \& Lifestyle industries or in Consumer Goods \& Retail at large
  • Excellent analytical skills with hands on experience on tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable looking for data through different sources
  • Fast and eager learner – ready to ramp up on newer problems and topics
  • Collaborative working style
  • Determined with can-do attitude and willing to roll-up the sleeves
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering is a must
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and regulations is a plus
