Job Description
Employee Relations Consultant
Join a leading organization as an Employee Relations Consultant, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, labor relations, and organizational risk management.
In this role, you will advise leaders and HR partners on sensitive workforce issues, conduct end-to-end investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and performance concerns, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. You will also support labor relations activities, including collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance management, and union engagement.
Key responsibilities include leading workplace investigations, providing strategic HR consultation, mitigating employee relations risks, coaching leaders, supporting organizational change initiatives, and contributing to policy development and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5\+ years of employee relations, HR consulting, or workplace investigations experience
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases and labor relations matters
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
