Business Analyst

Overview:

We are partnering with a growing, data-driven organization seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
• Utilize CRM systems to extract, analyze, and manage customer data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience working with CRM platforms (required)
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and/or other data querying languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
