Role - Project Management

what you will be doing:

 Lead planning activities for timeline, scope and budget

 Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams \& ensure alignment throughout the project

 Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution

 Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale

 Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business objectives

 Address challenges and issues promptly, implementing solutions to keep the project on track

 Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders and upper management, providing regular update on project status, risks and milestones

 Guide organizational change by facilitating communication, training and adoption of new digital processes and technologies

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions

 Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management, to ensure alignment and support

 Familiarity with project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress

 Comfortable working fluently in English, both written and spoken

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification Mandatory
