Role Description

This is a flexible hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Detroit, MI. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization's online presence. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic, developing online marketing campaigns, and fostering engagement with targeted audiences. The role involves effective communication with internal teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing techniques
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including campaign planning and execution
• Ability to utilize Web Analytics tools to evaluate and optimize performance
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a similar field is an advantage
