We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will shape our financial strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure fiscal integrity across the organization. - Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts to provide actionable insights for senior leadership and board members.
- Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), regulatory reporting requirements, and internal controls such as COSO frameworks.
- Drive cost control initiatives, expense management, and supply chain cost analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead mergers \& acquisitions activities by conducting market analysis, financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration planning.
- Supervise risk management practices by analyzing financial risks related to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and operational vulnerabilities.
- Oversee audit processes, tax planning including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and governmental accounting requirements for non-profit entities if applicable.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners such as auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies to support strategic initiatives.

- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with a focus on corporate finance or non-profit accounting.
- Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including profit \& loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, business development strategies, and market analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of technical accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and COSO internal controls framework.
- Skilled in using advanced financial software systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising finance teams and managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with strategic planning acumen to support organizational growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting standards for non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports clearly and accurately.
