  • Champion of Client Success: You thrive on helping customers win! You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hospitals and health systems, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes and long-term value from HANDLE’s platform. From onboarding to renewal readiness, you’ll lead customers through every stage of their journey, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Solutions Strategist: Your curiosity and strategic thinking are invaluable. Develop customized success plans aligned to each healthcare client's business objectives, using assessments and collaboration with internal teams to support customer outcomes and contribute to HANDLE’s customer satisfaction and NPS goals.
  • Hospital Supply Chain Maven: Your deep understanding of the healthcare sector is crucial. Participate in cross-functional meetings, share customer feedback, and contribute to product development, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industry needs.
  • Relationship Builder: Beyond managing customer success, you're a relationship cultivator. Strengthen customer partnerships, turning satisfied clients into advocates for the HANDLE brand ongoing engagement, testimonials, referrals and successful client outcomes.
  • Value Creator: As we rapidly grow, adaptability is key. Your role involves partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and post-implementation experience helping healthcare clients quickly realize value from the HANDLE platform while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and adoption.
  • Collaborative Innovator: Embrace the startup ethos where every day brings new challenges. Partner with internal teams, including Product, Sales and Operations to improve onboarding, promote key product features and enhance the overall customer experience, user engagement and feature adoption.

Qualifications and skills:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, implementation, consulting, healthcare operations, supply chain, procurement, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with technology or SaaS solutions, ideally in a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both day-to-day users and senior leaders.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, diagnose problems, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, timelines, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and customer metrics to identify insights and support recommendations.
  • Ability to create clear, professional customer-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and business review decks.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, Data, and Leadership teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with hospital supply chain, procurement, value analysis, capital planning, clinical engineering, facilities, or finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with capital equipment sourcing, medical equipment planning, asset management, vendor management, or healthcare purchasing workflows.
  • Experience in a startup, growth-stage SaaS company, or fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis skills.
  • Experience preparing executive business reviews, customer ROI analyses, or strategic account plans.
