Role Description

The Contract Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of government facilities, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and align with contractual requirements. This full-time on-site role, located in Fairfield, CA, involves managing maintenance staff, planning and supervising workflow, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The individual will also interact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels, resolve issues promptly, and report on contract performance metrics.
