What You'll Be Doing Complying with company policy Material Handling/Movement Welding This is hands-on, high-skill welding - not light fabrication or bench work. ??? What We're Looking For 2\+ years of experience welding (ASME code welding is preferred) High school diploma or GED is required (Associates degree is preferred) Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing Ability to read basic instructions and drawings Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset ???? Schedule Monday--Friday: Day and afternoon shift rotation (details reviewed during interview) Overtime opportunities based on business needs ???? Pay \& Benefits Starting at $23\.07/hour with a structured wage progression program that provides opportunities for scheduled pay increases.
