**Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master / Business Analyst (Real Estate Domain)
Location: NYC, NY ( 3 Days / week in office )**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master / Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives within the Real Estate domain. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional who can drive end-to-end project delivery, champion Agile transformation, and provide deep business and data insights. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership:**
- Lead multiple, high-impact projects and programs from initiation through delivery.
- Define and drive project roadmaps aligned with business strategy and real estate objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource planning across projects.
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership on priorities and decisions
- Agile Leadership / Scrum Mastery:
- Act as a senior Agile practitioner, guiding multiple teams or squads.
- Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies while driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, team members, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Remove complex organizational impediments and foster a high-performing Agile culture.
- Drive Agile maturity and transformation initiatives across the organization.
Advanced Business Analysis:
- Lead enterprise-level requirements gathering and business process re-engineering.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and technical requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution design in collaboration with architects and developers.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
Real Estate Domain Expertise:
- Provide deep expertise in real estate processes such as property lifecycle management, leasing, sales, and asset management.
- Advise on system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives within real estate platforms.
- Ensure regulatory, operational, and market considerations are reflected in solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analysis to guide project decisions and business strategy.
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with data teams to implement reporting and analytics solutions.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8\+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analysis roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in the Real Estate domain.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
- Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
- Experience with real estate platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI Software, Salesforce for Real Estate).
- Prior experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
