Job Description
A growing healthcare organization that has recently doubled in size through an acquisition is building out their internal infrastructure and are excited about their first dedicated HR hire.
In this newly created role, you’ll have the chance to establish a centralized HR function and have responsibility for the entire hire to retire employee lifecycle. You’ll assist in a system upgrade/enhancement, design and execution of policies and procedures, recruiting/hiring/and retention innovation, employee engagement and more.
In this high visibility role with direct access to leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the organization while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
Note this role will operate 5 days a week in office (8:30am-6:00pm).
Desired Experience:
- 5\+ years of HR generalist experience, health care preferred
- The ability to operate with high level of discretion and integrity
- Service oriented, and motivated to add value and build long-term relationships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
