Job Description
Key job responsibilities:
· Designing, developing, and executing Taco Bell Spain Global Talent acquisition strategy with the aim to build sustainable talent pipelines to support our ambitious business growth.
· Rolling-out a global, standardised interview and selection framework.
· Driving innovation in sourcing and hiring techniques.
· Define and lead our employer branding strategy.
· Managing and streamlining the end to end hiring process, the candidate experience, and identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements
· Build up a strong network, talent pool and look at other retention/ recruitment methods
· Implementing branding initiatives, measuring their success and ROI
· Technical management of internal and external recruitment processes, according to the People strategic guidelines and organisational needs in the short and medium-long term by sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates with a variety of resources and tools, in order to attract and retain top talent while providing excellent experience to the candidates and process quality and efficiency.
· Create, develop, implement and manage corporate developing projects in order to efficiently share internal knowledge, promoting continuous improvement of employees' skills and enabling them to improve their productivity and reach their highest potential within the Company.
What we look for:
Experience in/of:
· Between 5 to 8 work experience in Inhouse Talent Acquisition and Development roles.
· Experience in managing Bench Plan according to the growing of the Company
· Rolling out employer branding strategy
· Reporting metrics
· Introducing new and innovative strategies for attracting and developing talent
· Global Projects
Skills:
· Fluent English \& Spanish
· Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationships quickl with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
· Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
· Solutions oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity.
