Position Overview

We are seeking a

Junior Data Analyst

with 0–2 years of experience to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who want to gain hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, analytical tools, and business teams. You will collaborate with senior analysts and data engineers to deliver clean, reliable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends and insights
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation
• Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Document findings and prepare simple data summaries for business teams
• Collaborate with senior analysts on KPIs, metrics, and data requirements
• Help with data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes

Required Skills \& Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field
• Basic proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Familiarity with any BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and analytical concepts
• Knowledge of Python (optional but preferred) for basic data manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
