Case Manager / Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview
This role combines
case coordination, client communication, and executive-level administrative support
. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage
high-volume scheduling
for meetings and case-related activities
- Serve as a
primary point of contact
for clients and internal stakeholders
- Handle
email correspondence
, follow-ups, and communication with professionalism and accuracy
- Support a senior leader with
calendar management, coordination, and administrative tasks
- Manage updates and documentation within
internal systems and case management platforms
- Handle
last-minute changes, rescheduling, and conflict resolution
efficiently
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, scanning, and organization
Qualifications
- 3\+ years of
administrative, coordination, or customer service experience
- Experience in
legal, professional services, healthcare, or insurance environments
preferred
- Strong
organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of
professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and general office technology
Preferred (Not Required)
- Exposure to
legal terminology or case workflows
- Experience supporting
executives or managing heavy scheduling demands
