Chief Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Platform Leadership

• Define and execute AceCloud's long-term technology strategy across cloud infrastructure, GPU cloud, Kubernetes, AI/ML platforms, automation, and platform engineering.
• Build scalable, secure, reliable, and future-ready platforms for enterprise and AI-native workloads.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into differentiated offerings such as GPUaaS, Kubernetes-as-a-Service, inference platforms, AI infrastructure services, cloud storage, and value-added managed services.
• Establish technical standards, architecture principles, governance models, and engineering practices across the organization.

Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps and SRE

• Lead the evolution of cloud compute, GPU infrastructure, storage, networking, databases, virtualization, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Drive DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, automation, observability, and platform engineering maturity.
• Establish and strengthen SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, post-incident reviews, reliability engineering, and toil reduction.
• Own uptime, availability, performance, capacity planning, cost optimization, and operational resilience for customer-facing and internal platforms.

AI, GPU and Data Platform Strategy

• Shape AceCloud's AI infrastructure roadmap for model training, fine-tuning, inference, MLOps, data pipelines, and production AI workloads.
• Drive GPU utilization, workload right-sizing, GPU slicing, capacity planning, and cost-efficient infrastructure models for customers.
• Build offerings for AI/ML teams, enterprises, startups, and developers that need predictable performance, security, and scalability.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and operational readiness for production AI services.

Business Growth and Product Commercialization

• Partner with the Founder, CEO, sales, product, and operations teams to align technology investments with growth priorities.
• Identify new technology-led revenue opportunities across cloud, GPU, AI infrastructure, managed services, security, and data platforms.
• Support enterprise customer engagements, solution architecture, strategic partnerships, and executive-level client discussions.
• Own or contribute to business unit planning, budgets, technology investment decisions, margins, and ROI for platform initiatives.

Security, Compliance and Risk

• Ensure cloud security, data protection, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and secure-by-design architecture across platforms.
• Maintain alignment with relevant security and compliance standards, certifications, customer requirements, and enterprise governance expectations.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to continuously improve risk posture and platform resilience.

Leadership and Organization Building

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, AI/ML, architecture, and platform operations.
• Create a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, innovation, customer focus, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience building or scaling enterprise-grade cloud platforms, infrastructure products, managed services, SaaS platforms, or AI infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, databases, security, automation, and reliability engineering.
• Experience managing technology budgets, platform investments, delivery plans, vendor relationships, and business-critical technology programs.
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers, founders, boards, sales teams, product teams, and technical teams with equal credibility.

Success Outcomes for the First 12-18 Months

• Deliver a clear technology roadmap for AceCloud's cloud, GPU, AI infrastructure, Kubernetes, and managed services portfolio.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, automation, security, and operational maturity.
• Strengthen GPU cloud and AI infrastructure offerings for training, fine-tuning, inference, and MLOps use cases.
• Improve infrastructure cost efficiency, capacity planning, gross margin discipline, and customer deployment speed.
• Build leadership depth across engineering, platform operations, cloud, SRE, and AI infrastructure teams.
• Enable stronger enterprise customer acquisition through credible technology leadership and solution depth.

Must-Have Experience

• 18\+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, cloud infrastructure, software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, digital transformation, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• At least 6\+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, Head of Platform,
• Proven experience building or scaling enterprise-grade cloud platforms, infrastructure products, managed services, SaaS platforms, or AI infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, databases, security, automation, and reliability engineering.
• Experience managing technology budgets, platform investments, delivery plans, vendor relationships, and business-critical technology programs.
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers, founders, boards, sales teams, product teams, and technical teams with equal credibility.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on or leadership experience with GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, inference platforms, MLOps, LLM infrastructure, model serving, RAG architectures, or agentic AI workload.
• Experience with technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, OpenStack, KVM, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD platforms, observability tools, and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to NVIDIA GPU ecosystems, CUDA-aware optimization, GPU capacity planning, multi-GPU workloads, and cost optimization for AI workloads.
• Experience in sovereign cloud, regulated industries, data residency, security certifications, and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting revenue growth, product commercialization, strategic partnerships, and customer-facing technology leadership.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Advanced degree or relevant executive, cloud, security, architecture, or AI certifications will be an advantage.
