About the Role

We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy professional who understands social trends, content creation, and audience engagement across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who can consistently generate original, engaging, social-first content ideas and use performance insights to improve content and audience engagement. You will help grow our social presence by creating compelling content, staying on top of trends, and building meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities-

Social Media Management

·     Own day-to-day social media operations including publishing, scheduling, and optimization

·     Build and manage a consistent, high-quality content calendar

·     Translate company messaging into engaging, platform-native content

·     Tailor strategies for each platform (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)

Audience Engagement \& Social Listening

·      Monitor comments, messages, and conversations across platforms

·      Engage with followers in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned voice

·      Identify trends, audience sentiment, and emerging opportunities

·      Feed insights back into content and marketing strategy

Creator \& Community Engagement

·      Support influencer and creator collaborations across social platforms

·      Coordinate social campaigns and community engagement initiatives

Analytics \& Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and others
  • Track engagement trends, audience growth, and top-performing content
  • Use analytics tools to measure engagement and content performance
  • Identify content opportunities and recommend improvements based on performance insights
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Support ongoing growth of the company’s social presence through data-informed decisions

Qualifications

·     2–5 years of relevant experience

·     Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts through engaging content, audience engagement, and platform best practices.

·     Experience with online communities (Discord a plus)

·

Knowledge of Hootsuite (a plus)

·     Strong communication skills

·     Experience supporting influencer or creator collaborations is a plus.

·     Familiarity with analytics tools
