Headquartered on Abbot Kinney in Venice, Los Angeles, with additional offices in SoHo in Manhattan, the agency delivers one-of-a-kind concepts for media, hospitality, food and beverage, real estate, wellness, and retail brands.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the New York City studio. The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for brand identities, marketing campaigns, print and digital collateral, presentations, and social media.
Responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, translating brand strategies into visual systems, and designing logos, typography treatments, and graphic elements that align with each client’s identity. The role involves collaborating closely with creative directors, strategists, and account teams, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorms, support new business pitches with design mockups, and refine work based on team and client feedback within tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including building cohesive visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, legibility, and type pairing for both print and digital applications.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar), and familiarity with designing for web and social media.
- Experience working within or for hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; comfortable working on-site with cross-functional creative and account teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
