£45,000–£50,000 \| Hybrid \| York

We're working with one of the UK's largest multi-site organisations as they continue an exciting digital transformation journey. With hundreds of sites across the UK and a growing portfolio of change initiatives, they're looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver meaningful business and technology improvements across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a traditional Business Analyst who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and driving process improvements from concept through to implementation.

What you'll be doing

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements across a variety of transformation projects.
  • Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Producing process maps, user stories and functional documentation.
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives, replacing manual processes with modern technology.
  • Working closely with project teams, developers and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
  • Supporting projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to training, go-live and continuous improvement.
  • Managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced change environment.

What they're looking for

  • Around 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience producing clear documentation and business requirements.
  • Someone collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Exposure to Agile environments would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Visio, Excel and tools such as Power BI or SQL would be advantageous.
