We're working with one of the UK's largest multi-site organisations as they continue an exciting digital transformation journey. With hundreds of sites across the UK and a growing portfolio of change initiatives, they're looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver meaningful business and technology improvements across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a traditional Business Analyst who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and driving process improvements from concept through to implementation.
What you'll be doing
- Gathering and documenting business requirements across a variety of transformation projects.
- Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Producing process maps, user stories and functional documentation.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives, replacing manual processes with modern technology.
- Working closely with project teams, developers and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
- Supporting projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to training, go-live and continuous improvement.
- Managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced change environment.
What they're looking for
- Around 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience producing clear documentation and business requirements.
- Someone collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Exposure to Agile environments would be beneficial.
- Experience with Visio, Excel and tools such as Power BI or SQL would be advantageous.
