What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate team collaboration to enhance productivity
• Manage Azure DevOps boards, ensuring effective resource allocation and project updates
• Coordinate activities among team members and stakeholders, providing clear communication
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful product delivery
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and agile project management principles
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level projects
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing work tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams of 10-15 members
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
• Proven ability to work remotely with a conducive home office setup
