Job Title: SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Experience: 3\+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate should be willing to work from the Bangalore office and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, bonus structures, and merit cycles
  • Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, worksheets, and guidelines
  • Manage end-to-end compensation cycle activities including planning, testing, and deployment
  • Perform system testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support defect resolution
  • Provide functional expertise and best practices in compensation processes
  • Integrate Compensation module with other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Performance Management
  • Create and maintain documentation such as configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides
  • Support post-go-live activities and handle enhancements/change requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors

Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Compensation
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Compensation Planning
  • Variable Pay
  • Salary structures and bonus calculations
  • Experience in configuring:
  • Compensation worksheets
  • Business rules
  • Role-based permissions (RBP)
  • Familiarity with Employee Central integration
  • Good understanding of HR processes and compensation cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation
  • Experience working in global/multi-country compensation projects
  • Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools
  • Academic qualification as MBA in HR

Work Location Requirement

  • Candidate must be willing to work from the Bangalore office (Work from Office model)
  • Relocation readiness (if applicable) is required
