Role Description

This role will lead branding and content across organic social and paid campaigns, working closely with our team to shape every customer interaction with the brand.

We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling and consumer psychology. If you’re excited about building from the ground up, have a strong eye for content, and want your work to influence how millions of women discover and experience beauty, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Help us tell stories that make women stop scrolling and say, “Finally, a brand that understands me.”
• You’ll dream up campaigns, write scripts and captions, brief creators and designers, spot cultural moments before everyone else, and work with our growth team to turn great storytelling into measurable business impact.
• Every post, every reel, every ad and every launch will carry your fingerprints. As we grow, you’ll also build the systems that allow our storytelling to scale without ever losing what makes it feel human.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in content, branding or social media marketing.
• Passion for consumer brands and building communities.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, Meta and short-form content.
• Experience working with creators, influencers or creative teams.
