Job Description

You will be responsible for creating the business plan and financial projections that gets our clients approved for their SBA loan.

• Business Plan: 30-page word document that helps a lender understand what the business is, who the business owner is, and how they will be successful.
• Financial Projections: An excel sheet that shows how the business should perform over its first three years (including customers it will get, revenue it will make, expenses it will have, and cash flow it will achieve).

There will be a 4-week paid training to teach you everything you need to know about creating these documents.

Additionally candidates must:

• Be available Monday-Friday from 6PM-10PM for training throughout the month of July.
• Be capable of working remotely, creating your own hours, while meeting deadlines.
• Accept the independent contractor rates listed below.

Pay Rate

• 11-Day training over 4 weeks - Approximately 48 hours at $25/hr.
• 2 Sample business plans and financial projections during training- $200 per plan and projections.
• 2\+ Probationary business plans and projections after training- $500 per plan and projections.
• Fully trained writer- $800 per plan and projections \+ 5% commission when loan closes ($25-$500 per client).
• Business plan volume depends on the number of clients in our pipeline. Initial workload will be 1-2 business plans per month. After 3-4 months, average workload will be 1 business plan per week. This may go up to 2 per week maximum.

Duties

A fully trained writer:

• Completes business plans and financial projections with an average of 2 revisions. Please note: there is no limit on how many revisions can be requested.
• Independently gathers all the information necessary to complete these documents.
• Completes each draft (business plan and projections) within three business days.
