Corporate Controller

As Corporate Controller, you’ll own the accounting function end-to-end while partnering closely with executive leadership. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, building scalable processes, and supporting strategic growth across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, hands-on environments and is excited by both rolling up their sleeves and leading a team.

Must live in Dallas, TX and be able to work from office daily.

What You’ll Own

Financial Leadership and Close Process

• Lead and optimize the month-end close process across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insights
• Elevate reporting to support executive-level decision-making

Cost Accounting and Operational Partnership

• Build and refine cost accounting practices across products and brands
• Partner closely with operations and supply chain to improve visibility into margins and cost drivers
• Drive accountability and clarity around financial performance

Audit and Compliance

• Own the annual audit process and external auditor relationships
• Strengthen audit readiness and documentation practices
• Ensure compliance across financial operations, including tax and regulatory requirements

Internal Controls and Scalability

• Design and implement strong, scalable internal controls
• Standardize processes across a growing, multi-brand platform
• Identify and mitigate risk while enabling speed and growth

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
• Create structure, clarity, and accountability within the function
• Build a team that can scale with the business

Systems and Process Improvement

• Evaluate and enhance financial systems and workflows
• Drive automation and efficiency across accounting operations
• Partner cross-functionally to improve data flow and reporting accuracy

Strategic Partnership

• Act as a thought partner to the CFO and leadership team
• Provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Support long-term planning and growth initiatives\

Who You Are

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 8\+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or multi-entity environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting
• Proven ability to build or scale accounting processes and controls
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work cross-functionally with distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in beverage or high-growth CPG
• Background in supply chain finance or BOM-driven environments
• Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven brands
