Job Description
As Corporate Controller, you’ll own the accounting function end-to-end while partnering closely with executive leadership. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, building scalable processes, and supporting strategic growth across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, hands-on environments and is excited by both rolling up their sleeves and leading a team.
Must live in Dallas, TX and be able to work from office daily.
What You’ll Own
Financial Leadership and Close Process
- Lead and optimize the month-end close process across multiple entities
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insights
- Elevate reporting to support executive-level decision-making
Cost Accounting and Operational Partnership
- Build and refine cost accounting practices across products and brands
- Partner closely with operations and supply chain to improve visibility into margins and cost drivers
- Drive accountability and clarity around financial performance
Audit and Compliance
- Own the annual audit process and external auditor relationships
- Strengthen audit readiness and documentation practices
- Ensure compliance across financial operations, including tax and regulatory requirements
Internal Controls and Scalability
- Design and implement strong, scalable internal controls
- Standardize processes across a growing, multi-brand platform
- Identify and mitigate risk while enabling speed and growth
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
- Create structure, clarity, and accountability within the function
- Build a team that can scale with the business
Systems and Process Improvement
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and workflows
- Drive automation and efficiency across accounting operations
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data flow and reporting accuracy
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a thought partner to the CFO and leadership team
- Provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Support long-term planning and growth initiatives\
Who You Are

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 8\+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or multi-entity environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting
- Proven ability to build or scale accounting processes and controls
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
- Ability to travel up to 30% and work cross-functionally with distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in beverage or high-growth CPG
- Background in supply chain finance or BOM-driven environments
- Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven brands
