Contract Teacher – Digital Animation Fandom Clubs

U.S Residents Only.

Creative Courses Group is seeking a creative, kid-friendly contract teacher to lead separate digital animation clubs inspired by popular fandoms, including:

• Amazing Digital Circus
• Murder Drones
• Dandy’s World

These will be separate digital animation clubs, allowing students to explore animation, character design, storytelling, and creative projects within the themes and characters they enjoy.

What You'll Teach

Depending on your experience and interests, you may teach one or more of these fandom-based animation clubs. Classes may include:

• 2D digital animation fundamentals
• Character animation and movement
• Creating animated OCs and fan characters
• Short animated scenes and clips
• Storyboarding and visual storytelling
• Character expressions, poses, and acting
• Simple effects and motion techniques
• Animation challenges and creative projects
• Fan-inspired projects while encouraging students to develop their own original ideas

The goal is to create a fun, welcoming environment where students can learn animation skills while exploring fandoms they love.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with digital animation
• Enjoys Amazing Digital Circus, Murder Drones, Dandy’s World, or similar fandoms
• Has experience working with children or teens
• Can make animation concepts fun and approachable
• Is comfortable teaching beginners and/or intermediate students
• Can encourage creativity rather than simply having students copy a demonstrated project
• Understands age-appropriate classroom communication and online safety
• Can create engaging, structured animation activities

Experience with programs such as Flipaclip, Procreate, Procreate Dreams, Blender, Adobe Animate, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, or similar animation software is welcome.

Class Format

These are online contract teaching positions. Classes may be offered as individual fandom clubs, with separate sections for each theme.

Teachers should be comfortable creating a positive, interactive environment where students can share their artwork, discuss characters and stories, and develop their animation skills.

Creative Courses Group is looking for enthusiastic educators who can combine animation instruction with the fandoms students already love.

Background Check: All educators are required to complete a platform background check at no cost prior to onboarding. No felonies.

Credentials: Applicants must upload relevant credentials such as degrees, teaching certificates, licenses, or professional certifications during onboarding.

Contract: Once selected, educators will review and sign an independent contractor agreement outlining terms of engagement.

Onboarding: The onboarding process includes review of contractual terms, submission of necessary documentation including credentials, completion of background check, and participation in training sessions to understand policies and procedures.

Mock lesson requirement

• Applicants are required to submit a short mock lesson video demonstrating their teaching style, clarity, and engagement skills as part of the onboarding process to HR@CreativeCoursesGroup.com

Weekly Invoicing and Payment: Educators are responsible for submitting invoices weekly via Invoice Ninja according to instructions provided during onboarding. Payments are processed through QuickBooks for direct deposit.

ESA and Educational Funding: Many families utilize state educational grants and Education Savings Accounts (ESAs). If an ESA program requires approval or certification from the educator’s side, the educator is responsible for completing that process at their own expense; reimbursement is available for approved certification fees.

Compensation:

Rates are based on teaching hours and enrollment in each class section.

Rates are fixed and non-negotiable:

• 1–2 learners: $12/hour
• 3–4 learners: $15/hour
• 5–6 learners: $24/hour
• 7–10 learners: $30/hour
• 11\+ learners: $40/hour
• 1:1 private classes: $30/hour
• Self-paced classes: $20 per enrollment

New instructors may initially teach smaller sections while building reviews and establishing trust with families.

Teachers may set enrollment limits for their classes, but should understand that new instructors may need to teach sections with only 1–2 students as they establish themselves.

Pay: $12\.00 - $40\.00 per hour
