Role Overview

This is a marketing project manager role supporting an enterprise-level integrated marketing team. The focus is on end-to-end project management, ensuring high-volume marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned across multiple teams and channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution for multiple marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
• Coordinate work across creative, digital, media, print, and other marketing teams
• Keep projects moving forward by managing dependencies, priorities, and deadlines
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps
• Lead status meetings and ensure teams are aligned on expectations
• Identify project risks or issues and proactively propose solutions
• Adjust plans as needed while protecting major milestones and deliverables
• Escalate issues when necessary to keep work on track
• Support a collaborative, organized workflow across teams

Must Haves:

• 5\+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing creative, digital, or omnichannel marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with scope and change-management principles
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity
