The published base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, which does not include any bonus information and/or our very generous benefits package. If you are hired at Ducati North America, your final base salary will be based on factors such as skills and depth of experience.
SUMMARY:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of human resource duties including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, payroll and reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Along with the CFO and parent company, develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements
- Partner with the CFO in the preparation and monitoring of the HR department’s budget and periodic forecast as requested, ensuring alignment with the Parent company directions
- Manage and maintain company travel policy ensuring periodic review and updates
- Manages recruiting, onboarding and succession planning process
- Manages exit interview process and communication of findings to management
- Prepares compliance and HR reports and proposes recommendations on a variety of human resources issues
- Manages training programs
- Oversees the performance appraisal and compensation process
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Manages employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs
- Manages semi-monthly payroll process
- Manage the MBO payment process, ensuring all payouts are calculated in accordance with company performance metrics and verified by the CFO and Parent Company HR department.
- Manages employee benefit programs, including health, vision and retirement plan
- Manages/updates vehicle program policy, provide updates to the interested employees about any changes/news re. vehicle program policy as provided by VW/Audi
- Works with outside vendors to provide employee services
- Assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations
- Manages facilities
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- SHRM – CP or PHR Certification preferred
- Experience with HR systems, such as Flock
- At least two years of Human Resources experience
- Understanding of Human Resource functions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and ADP payroll processing system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to assist and support others
