Product Designer

We are partnering with a growing company in the home décor and lifestyle space seeking a Product Designer to support trend-driven product development for national retail partners, including mass and private label. This role focuses on translating trends into commercially viable products and supporting development from concept through production. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where speed, adaptability, and strong design instincts are essential.

What You Will Do

• Translate market trends into product concepts aligned with retailer needs

• Lead product design efforts from initial concept through final development

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal product assortments

• Balance creative vision with cost, timelines, and commercial viability

• Manage multiple retailer requirements and timelines simultaneously

• Collaborate with overseas factories and remote teams to bring products to market

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs

Job Requirements

• Experience in product design within home décor, lifestyle, or related retail categories

• Strong portfolio demonstrating trend-driven, commercially successful products

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with retailers (mass or private label preferred)

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Willingness to travel internationally (Asia) periodically
