Responsibilities

• Act as the first link and bridge between the Business Operations Teams and IT, as part of the Business Risk Management Team.
• Collect and analyse new needs deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or users requests for enhancement.
• Propose and document the optimal solution to meet users or client’s expectations, complying with business objectives and strategy, considering external and internal constraints (risks, costs, deadlines, etc.).
• Guarantee that rules and principles currently in force in Local Regulations, Group and in their operational entity are met and guaranteeing the relationship between Business Operations Teams needs and their software implementation.
• Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements.
• Analyse incidents in close cooperation with stakeholders, providing solutions to avoid and/or reduce the impact on the bank and clients.
• Build and establish networks and relations with other key stakeholders, maintain relationships globally with appropriate partner response Group teams.
• Contribute to test definition and control test results, participate to migration, propose control framework to ensure data quality; assess the control framework (procedures and controls) and remediate any possible gap.
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
• Facilitate and lead a collaborative environment, ensuring subject matter experts can work outside the box; engage people, helping them solve their own issues.

Qualifications

• Experience:

\+10 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or related areas.

• IT Alignment:

Solid background in Information Technology, specifically focusing on the Business/IT Relationship and alignment.

• Technical Tools:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Project Management:

Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of handling complex deliverables and timelines.

• Strategic Vision:

Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution and propose sustainable, forward-thinking solutions.

• Execution:

Excellent ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Languages:

Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
