Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software quality assurance testing methodology.
- Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies including experience with Atlassian or similar tools.
- Proficient in test management software.
- Some experience with manual testing of RESTful API’s.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs.
Preferred Skill/Abilities
- Testing experience within an organization that has utilized Rapid or Agile SDLC.
- Familiar with SSRS reporting.
- Understanding of software design and programming principles.
- Experience with OpenAI Chatbot.
- Experience with AWS Pinpoint.
- Amazon Web Services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB)
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and physical and virtual hardware systems related to the IT operational environment.
- Experience with UNIX systems.
- Experience with browser testing tools like HTTPWatch, FireBug, WireShark, and Fiddler.
- Prior experience in Retail, Mail Order of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical or managed health care industry preferred.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
- Home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
