Supply Chain Manager / Director (Semiconductor | Autonomous Vehicles)

We are partnering with a high-growth semiconductor company in the autonomous vehicle space to hire a Supply Chain Manager / Director to support their expanding business.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations during the mass production phase of semiconductor products. The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production ramp-up, stable supply, and on-time delivery as the company scales.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery
• Manage supply chain activities across the mass production stage of semiconductor products
• Coordinate with key upstream and downstream partners (e.g., foundries, OSATs, logistics providers)
• Drive demand planning, inventory management, and production coordination to ensure supply-demand balance
• Optimize logistics and warehousing processes to improve efficiency and cost control
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTD, inventory turnover, lead time) and drive continuous improvements
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (R\&D, manufacturing, sales) to support NPI to mass production ramp
• Identify supply chain risks (capacity, delivery, geopolitical, etc.) and implement mitigation strategies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Prior experience in semiconductor / chip industry, especially supporting mass production
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain flows (wafer fab, assembly \& test, fulfillment)
• Hands-on experience in supply planning, inventory management, or logistics optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
